Using the designated app, individuals can log their exercise and movement activities performed at home or outdoors, including running, walking, cycling, home fitness routines, and stationary cycling. The app's start/stop feature allows users to accurately record and save their activities throughout the period.

Additionally, participants have the opportunity to motivate themselves and others—such as friends, family members, or colleagues—through a virtual challenge that fosters community engagement and collective effort toward increased activity levels.
